Female founded. Female funded.

From the creators of Seen On Screen – the nation's best dance classes, as seen in Vogue, Glamour, Elle, Cosmopolitan, ITV's This Morning, Grazia and more, the School Of Seen On Screen, is a new national dance platform on a mission to empower a generation, one sass fuelled dance class at a time.

The School Of SOS was founded by professional backing dancer Bonnie Lister Parsons, who, after receiving countless requests from the SOS community across the UK asking for SOS to come to their city, held the world’s first all female investment round covered by Forbes, which has allowed the SOS team to bring our famous dance concept to a town near you!

Whether you want to learn to dance like Beyoncé, or become a SOS instructor and find your dream side hustle, making a difference while doing what you love, we’ve got your back every step of the way.

Who run the world? SOS Queens!

Meet the team and go behind the scenes at the national SOS video shoot!

SOS Mission

The SOS mission is to empower a generation of queens to believe in themselves, using dance as a source of strength, power and confidence that they can carry through to all aspects of their lives.

SOS Founder Bonnie says –

"There’s a well known saying – ‘she believed she could, so she did’. What if that said ‘she believed she couldn’t, so she didn’t’? Confidence is so important because it will make the difference between picking yourself back up, and giving up. I know how powerful SOS can be, and it has become my personal mission to ensure every woman who walks through SOS doors, believes she can."
